Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, honey, garlic, and seasonings.
- Place your steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish.
- Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steaks from marinade (discard excess) and grill to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
