Description

Delicious mini muffins made with breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ½ cup sour cream Ranch dip (I use Daisy)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together cooked sausage, Bisquick baking mix, Ranch dip, and shredded cheese.
  4. Use a medium cookie scoop and scoop the sausage mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
