A delicious stir-fry combining tender chicken, gyoza noodles, and fresh vegetables.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz gyoza noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Chop bell peppers and snap peas into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add gyoza noodles with a splash of water; stir gently to combine.
- Toss in the bell peppers and snap peas, cooking until tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture; toss well to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Ensure vegetables are crisp by not overcooking them.
