Description

A creamy garlic parmesan spaghetti that is easy to make and delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously to combine with garlic butter. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese until melted completely into the sauce. Season generously with black pepper.
  5. Add drained spaghetti to the sauce in the skillet and toss well until every noodle is coated.
