- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
- ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 (10 oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (2 oz) can French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9-inch dish with cooking spray.
- Cook smoked sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, Cajun seasoning, and sour cream. Stir in cooked chopped chicken, smoked sausage, and grated parmesan cheese; season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with French-fried onions.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
