- 1 package (5 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and slice the baguette into 1/2-inch rounds.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- While the dip bakes, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 7–10 minutes until crisp.
- Sprinkle the warm dip with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crostini.
