Description

A creamy and delicious baked dip featuring Boursin cheese and served with crispy baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (5 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and slice the baguette into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with grated Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. While the dip bakes, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 7–10 minutes until crisp.
  6. Sprinkle the warm dip with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crostini.
