  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Cut Buns: Slice the entire package of slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
  4. Layer Sauce: Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add Toppings: Layer the pepperoni slices (or your chosen toppings) evenly over the cheese.
  7. More Cheese: Add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  8. Top with Sauce: Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer of cheese.
