A delicious baked feta pasta dish that’s easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 block feta cheese (about 7 oz)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
- Surround it with cherry tomatoes and drizzle everything with olive oil.
- Sprinkle in the minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss the tomatoes gently to coat.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes have burst and the feta is golden and soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Once the feta and tomatoes are done, use a fork to mash and mix everything into a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine. If needed, loosen the sauce with a bit of the reserved pasta water.
- Season with salt if needed, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a different flavor, consider adding other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- Garnish with additional herbs for an extra touch.
