Description

Delicious and fudgy chocolate chip brownies, perfect for any chocolate lover!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in both sugars until glossy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into the pan, smooth the top, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into 16 squares.

Notes

  • For extra fudginess, do not overbake the brownies.
