Description

Delicious garlic parmesan chicken kebabs made with tender chicken tenderloins and a flavorful garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes and set aside.
  2. While the skewers soak, prepare the chicken. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss chicken in olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush the chicken with the garlic parmesan sauce on both sides. You will have leftover sauce.
  4. Place the chicken kebabs in the air fryer and cook at 375ºF for 15 to 18 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  5. Brush the cooked skewers with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for a couple of hours before cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
