Description
Delicious garlic parmesan chicken kebabs made with tender chicken tenderloins and a flavorful garlic parmesan sauce.

- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes and set aside.
- While the skewers soak, prepare the chicken. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss chicken in olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
- Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush the chicken with the garlic parmesan sauce on both sides. You will have leftover sauce.
- Place the chicken kebabs in the air fryer and cook at 375ºF for 15 to 18 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Brush the cooked skewers with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
