Description
This delicious buffalo chicken dip is perfect for gatherings and parties!
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken until well coated.
- Top with blocks of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until chicken shreds easily.
- Shred chicken in the pot and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions alongside your favorite dippers.
Notes
- This dip is great served with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
