Description

This delicious buffalo chicken dip is perfect for gatherings and parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken until well coated.
  3. Top with blocks of cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until chicken shreds easily.
  6. Shred chicken in the pot and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions alongside your favorite dippers.
