A delicious recipe for chocolate roll brownies filled with rich ganache and dusted with powdered sugar.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 0 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper.
- Melt butter and mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir gently to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 12–14 minutes until just set.
- Remove from oven and immediately flip onto a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Peel off parchment and roll the brownie in the towel. Cool completely.
- Heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and stir to make ganache. Let it cool to a spreadable consistency.
- Unroll the brownie, spread ganache evenly, and roll back up. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to dust the towel with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
- Chilling the rolled brownie helps to set the ganache.
