Description

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two round cake pans.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt together.
  3. Mix oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, then fold in carrots and walnuts.
  5. Divide batter and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set, then cool completely.
  6. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, then frost cake layers evenly.
